$50,000 - $100,000 (based on experience) Position Overview CPG Investments is hiring a Licensed Electrician to perform electrical installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate holds a valid state journeyman or master electrician license and has experience working in residential environments. This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience and certifications. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, test, and repair electrical wiring, panels, fixtures, and associated equipment in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local ordinances Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute work accurately Troubleshoot electrical faults and malfunctions and implement safe, effective solutions Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical systems across managed properties Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to support construction and renovation projects Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols at all times Required Certifications Journeyman or Master Electrician License — State of Virginia (required) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification (required) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Arc Flash Safety Training (preferred) Qualifications Minimum 4 years of licensed electrical experience in residential settings Demonstrated knowledge of the NEC and local electrical codes Experience with service panel upgrades, conduit bending, and low-voltage systems Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated trades team Strong attention to detail and commitment to code-compliant, safe workmanship

$50,000 - $100,000 (based on experience) Position Overview CPG Investments is looking for a skilled Carpenter to support construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across our residential properties. The ideal candidate is experienced in rough and finish carpentry, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work effectively both independently and alongside other trades professionals. Key Responsibilities Construct, install, and repair structural and finish carpentry components including framing, doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and flooring Read and follow blueprints, architectural sketches, and project specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality results Frame walls, ceilings, and partitions in accordance with structural and building code requirements Perform finish carpentry work including baseboard, crown molding, casing, and custom built-ins Assess and repair existing structures, identifying and correcting deficiencies in a cost-effective manner Collaborate with other trades on job sites, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition and report any unsafe conditions Preferred Qualifications Completion of a recognized carpentry apprenticeship program or vocational/trade school training OSHA 10 Safety Certification (strongly preferred) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction Proficiency with both rough and finish carpentry techniques and associated tools Ability to read blueprints and translate specifications into quality finished work Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Experience working alongside plumbers, electricians, and other trades in active job site environments
