  • Empathy) As a Residential Service Electrician, you will: Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential environments Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems and components Ensure all work meets or exceeds electrical codes and safety standards Educate homeowners on system condition, safety risks, and solutions Deliver professional, respectful customer experiences on every visit Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams Maintain accurate job documentation and service records You're not just fixing wires — you're protecting families and homes.
What You Bring We hire professionals who are confident, accountable, and customer-focused. Minimum 2+ years of residential electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of residential wiring, circuits, and system components Ability to work independently in a service environment Professional communication and customer interaction skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (21+ per insurance requirements) Compensation & Earning Potential Performance-based compensation: $75,000 — $150,000+ annual potential Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates Ongoing technical and professional training Your income grows with your performance and expertise.
