Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems Install panels, lighting, outlets, wiring, and circuits Diagnose issues and present solutions to homeowners Handle service calls professionally and efficiently Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Requirements:
3+ years residential electrical experience Valid Virginia driver's license Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Customer-focused communication skills Ability to work independently in the field
Preferred:
Journeyman Electrician license Experience with panel upgrades and EV chargers (a plus)
