MASTER ELECTRICIAN

Sprague Construction is seeking an experienced Master Electrician to lead and perform electrical work primarily for residential construction, renovation, and service projects throughout Southern Vermont. What You'll Do Perform electrical installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs Complete service and panel upgrades Wire new homes, additions, renovations, garages, and specialty projects Install, service, and troubleshoot standby generators and transfer switches Coordinate with homeowners, project managers, inspectors, utilities, and other trades Review job requirements, develop material lists, and help plan electrical scopes Ensure every project meets Vermont electrical codes and company quality standards Mentor and oversee apprentices or additional electrical team members as the division grows What We're Looking For Current Vermont Master Electrician License Required state and federal certifications for the work performed Experience installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing standby generators and automatic transfer switches; Generac, Kohler, or comparable manufacturer certification preferred. Demonstrated residential electrical and service experience Knowledge of transfer switches, load calculations, service sizing, and current electrical codes Valid driver's license and a clean, dependable driving record Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills Ability to work independently, manage projects, and take pride in doing things right Why Join Us? Salary:
