THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

Experience & Skills:

Strong engineering operations skills with mechanical abilities. Proficiency in at least three of the following areas, with basic to advanced skills in others: Air conditioning & refrigeration Electrical & mechanical systems Plumbing Pneumatic/electronic systems & controls Carpentry & finishing Kitchen equipment & vehicles Energy conservation General building management Expertise in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to teamwork. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight, and overtime as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
