We focus on high-quality residential and commercial electrical work, built on doing things right the first time and standing behind what we install. We are looking for a 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprentice who wants more than just a job. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced electricians, build real-world skills, and grow with a company that is actively expanding. As a growing company, there are times where you'll need to wear multiple hats, step up where needed, and be part of building something bigger than just your role. Responsibilities Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems Perform wiring, conduit installation, and equipment setup using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project drawings Work on both residential and commercial projects Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate effectively with team members and, when needed, customers Take ownership of your work and ensure it meets company quality standards Experience 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprentice Experience in both residential and commercial work Enrolled in CITC Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools Familiarity with blueprint reading and electrical systems is a plus Willing to travel to Colville for work when needed What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Takes pride in clean, high-quality workmanship Shows up on time and follows through Team-oriented but able to work independently when needed If you're just looking to collect a paycheck and go home, this is not the company for you.
