Hourly Wage:
$38.21 to $47.27 per hour, 3 Step Progression; Bargaining Unit Job Description This classification is designed to serve as a feeder pool for the Apprentice Hydro Operator selection process. The work is designed to provide the opportunity to learn the craft through assisting Operators in all aspects of operating and maintaining power generating stations as directed; as well as provide support in the maintenance, housekeeping, and general upkeep of power generating facilities. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Requires a valid driver's license. Requires knowledge of basic electricity. Construction, mechanical, machinist or electrical experience is preferred. Applicants will be required to successfully pass required aptitude or assessment testing.
