You'll be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems aboard various boats — from lighting and power distribution to electronics and marine charging systems. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems and wiring on marine vessels. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs on both low-voltage and high-voltage circuits. Demonstrate expertise working with lithium battery systems — including safe handling, monitoring, installation, maintenance, and charging protocols. Collaborate with mechanical and fiberglass teams to integrate electrical systems into boat builds and refurbishments. Ensure all electrical work complies with marine industry standards and safety regulations. Maintain clean and safe workspaces and document work according to company protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a marine electrician or in a related role. Specific experience working with lithium battery systems is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of boat electrical systems and marine power requirements. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving aptitude. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
