As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Operations & Maintenance team and looking for a Licensed Residential Electrician to become our in-house electrical specialist. What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot septic pumps, alarms, relays, control panels, and wiring Diagnose electrical faults and perform repairs during residential service calls Install and commission electrical components for new septic systems Work directly with homeowners to explain findings and recommendations Collaborate with field technicians on troubleshooting and repairs Maintain accurate documentation and safe work practices Support the development of future electrical apprentices as the program expands

What We're Looking For Required Minimum:

Washington State 02 Residential Electrician License (or higher) Strong troubleshooting and repair experience Valid driver's license Ability to work independently in the field Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Experience with pumps, controls, alarms, or septic systems Experience mentoring apprentices or junior technicians What the Work Actually Looks Like This is a hands-on field position. You'll travel between customer locations, diagnose electrical issues, perform repairs, and support septic system installations. You'll spend time outdoors, work directly with homeowners, and solve real-world electrical problems that require critical thinking and technical expertise.
