12-hour compressed rotation-work just 182 days per year while maintaining full-time pay and benefits. Bring Your Electrical Skills to Quad Quad is hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment at our Hartford manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on industrial electrical maintenance role-not an electrical engineering or PLC programming position. You'll work directly on manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting 480V three-phase systems, motors, VFDs, relays, contactors, sensors, control circuits, and PLC-controlled machinery . We're looking for an experienced industrial electrician who knows how to find the problem, make the repair, and get the equipment running again. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems on industrial production equipment. Diagnose 480V three-phase power, motors, VFDs, motor controls, sensors, relays, contactors, and control circuits . Use meters and diagnostic tools to trace electrical faults. Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Use PLC software to troubleshoot equipment, trace ladder logic, and diagnose inputs, outputs, sensors, and interlocks. Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment installations and upgrades. Follow lockout/tagout and electrical safe work practices. What You Bring 3+ years of hands-on industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong electrical troubleshooting and machine repair skills. Experience working with 480V, three-phase power, motors, VFDs, and industrial controls . Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control circuits. Experience using PLCs as a troubleshooting tool. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work a 12-hour compressed schedule. Personal hand tools appropriate for the position.Preferred:
Journeyman credentials, Allen-Bradley PLC experience, or experience in high-speed manufacturing. A four-year engineering degree is not required. Why Quad?
