Varies, May change depending on travel QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join a team in Kaukauna, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical systems and hold a current Wisconsin journeyman or master electrician license. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. Electrician Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, control systems, and related equipment Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams Perform inspections of existing electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance with local and state codes Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend cost-effective solutions Ensure all work is completed in accordance with NEC, state, and local codes Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and work completed Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulationsElectrician Requirements:
Able to travel domestically (50- 75%), some travel to Canada and Mexico 3+ years of experience in the electrical trade Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Wisconsin state electrical codes Proficient in using hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred experience in industrial combustion systems, burners, or oxidizers
