Your primary focus will involve working with industrial electrical systems, control wiring, HMIs, and PLCs to ensure operational efficiency.

$29-$37/hour, commensurate with your professional experience Core Responsibilities Identify and resolve issues with automated machinery, HMIs, and PLCs Perform diagnostics on electrical and control-related system failures Execute modifications, repairs, and wiring tasks to improve equipment reliability Interpret complex wiring diagrams and electrical schematics Maintain motor controls, VFDs, relays, and sensors to ensure smooth production flow Assist with the installation of new equipment and lead various facility improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years working in automation, industrial electrical, or maintenance roles Proven background within a manufacturing environment Practical experience diagnosing and troubleshooting PLCs Proficiency working with HMI interfaces Demonstrated ability to interpret electrical schematics Expertise in industrial wiring and electrical system diagnostics Completion of an apprenticeship, technical degree, or relevant automation training Preferred Technical Skills Experience with Rockwell or Allen-Bradley PLCs Proficiency in RSLogix or Studio 5000 Knowledge of ladder logic programming Familiarity with servo systems and VFDs Understanding of motor control systems Experience working with industrial robotics Physical Demands The role requires the ability to operate mechanical and electrical tools, navigate around heavy industrial machinery, climb ladders, and lift objects weighing up to 60 lbs.
