00 per hour Larson Electric is hiring a Wisconsin-licensed Journeyman Electrician who wants excellent compensation, varied residential work, continued professional development, and the opportunity to advance into leadership if desired. Previous Foreman or crew-lead experience is welcome but is not required. This position is ideal for a technically strong, dependable electrician who can complete residential electrical work with limited supervision but does not necessarily want to manage a crew immediately.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform residential electrical installations independently and with a team Complete service upgrades and panel replacements Install EV chargers and associated electrical equipment Troubleshoot residential electrical problems Complete electrical work for remodels, additions, and custom homes Work on residential new-construction projects Read plans and lay out electrical installations Identify material, tool, and equipment needs Work professionally inside occupied homes Communicate with homeowners, contractors, coworkers, and project leaders Help train apprentices and less-experienced electricians Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, cleanliness, and code compliance Assist with occasional light-commercial and industrial projects

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license Strong residential electrical construction experience Service-upgrade experience strongly preferred Residential troubleshooting experience strongly preferred Ability to complete work with limited supervision Strong understanding of electrical code and safe work practices Good organization and problem-solving skills Professional customer-service and communication skills Willingness to help develop apprentices Valid driver's license Leadership experience is not required. SCHEDULE

Typical hours are approximately 7:00 a.m

m., Monday through Friday. Project needs may occasionally change those hours.
