OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an Energy Marshall Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Mount Pleasant, WI. Are you someone that will take ownership for ensuring things are handled right? RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary authority for energy isolation and control on-site Enforce LOTO procedures in accordance with
OSHA, NFPA
70E, and site-specific policies Review and approve energization and de-energization plans Coordinate with contractors, commissioning agents, and operations teams prior to energizing systems Maintain and control energy logs, permits, and documentation Conduct energy safety briefings and toolbox talks Verify proper labeling, barricading, and signage of energized equipment Stop work if unsafe energy conditions are identified Support commissioning, IST, and turnover activities Participate in safety audits and incident investigations
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade background preferred) 5+ years experience in electrical, mechanical, or mission-critical construction environments Strong knowledge of: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Electrical safety principles Energization sequencing Ability to read single-line diagrams and electrical schematics Excellent communication and coordination skills Electrical License or Journeyman/Master Electrician (preferred) The Walsh Group, Ltd.
