•Hands-On Training Provided! Are you mechanically inclined and interested in growing your skills in industrial maintenance? We're looking for an Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing team in Pewaukee. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has a strong mechanical foundation but wants to gain more hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, pneumatics, hydraulics, and specialized production equipment. You don't need to know every piece of equipment on day one. Hands-on training will be provided , and you'll work alongside experienced maintenance technicians who can help you continue developing your skills. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical production equipment Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Diagnose equipment issues and help minimize downtime Complete cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacements Learn specialized printing and packaging equipment Assist with electrical troubleshooting and repairs Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and mechanical assemblies Safely use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Document completed maintenance and equipment issues Work closely with production and maintenance teams Help improve equipment reliability and performance Maintain a clean and safe work environment We're Looking for
Someone Who:
Has a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys troubleshooting Has some hands-on mechanical, maintenance, automotive, industrial, or equipment repair experience Is comfortable using hand and power tools Is interested in learning electrical and industrial maintenance skills Can troubleshoot problems and work through equipment issues Is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn Can work 6:00 AM
