Schedule:
Primary scheduleis daytime hours, with weekend workrequiredon a rotating basis. The Journeyman may be called in off shift whenrequired.
Thisposition also includesholidays and overtime.
Vacation:
Minimum of 2 weeks after one year of service, withpotential foradditionalcredit offered for time spent in the trade. TheProcessMaintenance - E&I Journeyman will support mill assetsthatinclude paper machines, folios, embossers, roll wrap andcutsize, as well as shared systems that are used to support multiple assets.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that manufacturing and converting processes aremaintainedin a preventative fashion to ensureoptimumreliability and up time. Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment and troubleshoot problems while applying theory and related knowledge to install, rebuild, or repair equipment as needed. Assistwith all service calls while on duty and take call ins as necessary to ensure production operation. Ensure all required tools, parts and supplies are available for each job performed, complete required service records andbe responsible forrecommending and/orinitiatingequipment modifications and/or replacement of components. Responsible for understanding,maintainingand troubleshooting: General electrical systems and controls (motor starters, lighting circuits, power distribution equipment, industrial controls) Programmable Logic Controllers (Rockwell Control Logix) Variable speed AC & DC drives and motors Process instrumentation and control (transmitters, control valves, controlloopsand DCS) Process variable monitoring and control (temperature, pressure, flow, PH, etc.) Analytical process troubleshooting including electrical print reading and using troubleshooting manuals Essential Job Functions include: Ability to wear required personal protective equipment Ability to bend, kneel, squat and stoop Ability to read and understand instructions, procedures, and equipment training manuals Ability to accurately read and record data Ability to climb stairs and work from steps, ladders, scaffolds, mobileliftsand elevator platforms Ability tooperate/use manual and powered material handling equipment such as a pickup truck, hand dolly, chain fall, chain hoist, electric hoist, tractor,truckand heavy equipment as needed Ability to work in extreme temperatures when necessary Ability to work in confined spaces when necessary
Qualifications:
Required Journeyman card and/or state license Possess technical/problem solving skills Contributeina team environment to meet our business objectives Abilityto pass pre-employment physical capabilities test, pre-employment drug/alcoholscreeninganda backgroundcheck. Preferred Four years of experience Advanced electrical/ instrumentation education and experience in an industrial environment.
