Electromechanical Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Electrician responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all plant machinery and electrical systems. This role involves working with PLCs, robots, electrical pumps, and performing preventative maintenance across various departments. Responsibilities Work on PLCs, robots, and electrical pumps. Conduct preventative maintenance on all plant machinery including Koji department, motors, pumps, and sealers. Troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480 volts and oversee the entire building's electrical systems. Act as the first line of defense when equipment malfunctions, assisting in repairs. Ensure proper operation of detection and alarm systems, including necessary checks and documentation. Adhere to HACCP/GMP/SQF, Safety, or ISO standards, maintaining all required paperwork and ensuring a tidy work environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. Experience with preventative maintenance and electrical repair. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the field. Some education in electrical engineering or a related field. Additional Skills & Qualifications Longevity in previous roles is highly valued. Work Environment The role offers three shift options: 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), and 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday). You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Lead Electricians. It is a GMP-compliant environment, ensuring high standards of safety and cleanliness. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Walworth, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72800.00

• $90000.00/yr.
• Full Benefits start 1st day of hire
• Raise every 6 months if they score higher than a 65% on their assessment (learning new machines)
