Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, positive, and service-oriented Field Assistant Measure Manager . In this role, you will execute our established field measurement processes to ensure a seamless experience for every client. This position requires a true "road warrior" mindset , as you will be traveling and working directly inside client homes daily. Additionally, you will play a key role in expanding our field team by recruiting and training newly contracted flooring estimators.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement:

Listen attentively to customer needs and expectations to ensure complete accuracy and satisfaction.

Site Inspections & Measuring:

Conduct thorough job site inspections to assess site readiness and generate detailed digital floor diagrams using specialized measuring technology.

Documentation & Quoting Prep:

Take detailed "before" photographs and document critical job notes to support an accurate, efficient quoting process.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all field measurements and site evaluations align with company standards and installation requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

1 year of flooring measuring experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate .

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license and a clean DMV driving record required.

Travel:

Willingness to travel extensively. Since Marc's Flooring operates across 4 states, you will be on the road for the majority of the workweek.

Skills:

Strong math proficiency, keen attention to detail, active listening, and outstanding customer service skills.

Professionalism:

Friendly and approachable while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor in clients' homes.

Screening:

Must be able to pass standard background screenings.
