Job Description

Essential Duties Prepare detailed and accurate mechanical and piping estimates for industrial and food/beverage facilities. Review and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and other construction drawings. Perform material takeoffs, labor estimates, and cost analysis. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure scope clarity. Prepare comprehensive bid packages and participate in bid reviews. Education & Training High school diploma or equivalent, required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical piping estimating Experience working on projects involving process piping, sanitary piping systems, plant utilities to include pneumatics, steam and condensate piping, hydronic piping, and other industrial plant construction Proven experience estimating projects up to $10M Strong understanding of industrial and food/beverage piping systems Proficiency in reading blueprints, P&IDs, and construction drawings Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and Bluebeam Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills This job description outlines the primary duties of the position, but is not intended to cover every task or responsibility.
