Job Description
Responsibilities Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for paving and earthwork projects. Assist in preparing bids and proposals for public and private projects. Analyze plans, specifications, and project documents. Support project managers with budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination. Perform earthwork calculations and grading analysis. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Assist with project documentation, reporting, and change orders. Conduct site visits and assist with project planning and execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). Knowledge of estimating principles and earthwork operations . Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and grading concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software is a plus. Experience with Bluebeam and Agtek or similar estimating software is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry.
