Job Description

Our client is a recognized Facade organization with a proven track record of success. If you are a dynamic Estimator with strong glass and glazing or facade estimating experience, and a passion for success, We are very interested in speaking with you. All other trades will NOT be considered.
Qualifications and Experienced Required:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating curtain wall and storefront systems for commercial, residential, or institutional projects. Proven track record of successfully bidding and estimating projects of varying sizes and complexities.
Technical Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of curtain wall and storefront systems, materials, installation methods, and industry standards. Proficiency in reading architectural drawings, specifications, and conducting quantity takeoffs.
Responsibilities:
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documents to prepare comprehensive estimates. Identify and quantify materials, labor, and equipment required for each project. Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services. Analyze project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate estimating and pricing. Prepare and submit bids and proposals in accordance with project deadlines. Assist in negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documents. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
