This role is responsible for evaluating project sites, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the sales and operations teams in delivering high-quality asphalt maintenance and repair services. This position will also require leveraging online platforms and bid websites to identify new estimating opportunities, as well as utilizing Excel-based estimating tools and tracking systems to build accurate, competitive pricing. As a newly established business in Arizona, Graham is building its presence in the market, and this role will play a key part in developing our pipeline, reputation, and long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate has strong field experience, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of asphalt maintenance practices including crack filling, sealcoating, and slurry seal applications. Key Responsibilities Perform site visits to assess pavement conditions and determine scope of work Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for asphalt maintenance and repair projects Utilize online bid platforms, public listings, and construction websites to identify estimating opportunities Build and maintain estimates using Excel-based tools and spreadsheets Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs Review bid documents, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and completeness Collaborate with operations, project managers, and clients to ensure proper scope alignment Develop professional proposals and present pricing to customers Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing data Track bid opportunities and maintain a pipeline of active estimates Support value engineering efforts and recommend cost-saving solutions where applicable
