In this Estimator role, you will convert customer quote requests into profitable production work by developing accurate cost estimates and working closely with sales, engineering, and operations. This is a highly visible role that directly impacts revenue, margins, and production planning. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC machinist or estimator looking to step into a strategic, cross-functional role. This is a Direct Hire position with strong long-term growth potential.

Estimator Duties:

Prepare accurate cost estimates including materials, labor, and machine time Apply CNC machining knowledge across lathes, mills, and multi-axis equipment Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations on project feasibility Support customer discussions related to manufacturing scope and capabilities Identify risks early and propose solutions to ensure successful execution

Schedule:

Day Shift Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Pay:

80,000 + based on experience

Estimator Requirements:
