The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for tenant improvement and small ground-up construction projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with estimating software, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:

Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine scope and requirements Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, and equipment Utilize estimating software to develop accurate project budgets Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather competitive pricing and bid information Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records to support future estimates Work closely with project managers and internal teams to align estimates with project goals Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining project quality and integrity

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with a general contractor or framing company Proficiency with construction estimating software Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with subcontractors and vendors Experience estimating tenant improvement and small ground-up construction projects preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary:
