The ideal candidate will have previous experience creating estimates and proposals for construction projects. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills who takes responsibility for their work, can work independently, and can quickly develop estimates with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Estimates job costs for demolition and concrete work using takeoff tools and software Generate and send out proposals for clients and contractors Organizing bid logs and following up with clients for quotes sent Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study Strong organizational skills and time management skills Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read construction plans Minimum 5 yrs of construction and estimating knowledge (required)
