Location:

City of Industry, CAWe are hiring a locally based Industrial Engineering & Cost Analyst to support our U.S. manufacturing operations. This role will focus on cost optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant sites.

This position works closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive measurable business results.

NEED:

Bachelors degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields()Strong Excel and data analysis skillsExcel Fluent in English and Chinese/Mandarin Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and numbers

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IE, Cost Accounting, or Production Planning/ControlIEKnowledge of cost management or industrial engineering methodologies IE Experience driving continuous improvement or lean initiativesSelf-motivated with a growth mindset; eager to apply technical expertise to solve real-world operational problems.
