Job Description

Position Overview Motive Workforce is seeking a motivated and organized Commercial Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager to support our client's growing commercial tenant improvement (TI) division. These projects include tech offices, medical offices, R&D spaces, and creative commercial interiors in fast-paced construction environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, speed, and responsibility, and who can take commercial plumbing projects from pricing through closeout while working closely with field teams, general contractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities Commercial Plumbing Estimating Review drawings and specifications for TI projects Perform material and labor takeoffs Prepare accurate and competitive estimates Request and evaluate vendor pricing Prepare proposals, clarifications, and revision pricing Commercial Plumbing Project Management Manage awarded projects from startup to completion Coordinate schedules, material deliveries, and manpower Track job costs, labor, and production Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders Attend job site and coordination meetings Maintain strong communication with GCs, owners, and field crews Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards Commercial Plumbing Project Types Technology office tenant improvements Medical and dental office tenant improvements R&D and lab tenant improvements Food Service Education Automotive Commercial office buildouts Fast-track renovation and interior construction projects Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating and/or project management Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction workflows Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, Procore and project management software (Trimble Experience a +) Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation and Benefits $110,000•$150,000/year salary DOE Company vehicle or allowance, gas card and company cell phone Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Group and Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability benefits 401K plan with 50% company dollar match up to 4% Paid time off and paid holidays Annual performance reviews, performed on or around your hire date (potential increases in pay will be discussed) Compliance Requirements Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment Must be willing to submit to an MVR report•No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record
Pay:
$110,000.00•$150,000.00 per year
