Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in water infrastructure to support preconstruction efforts on complex public works projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for water/wastewater projects Perform quantity takeoffs (concrete, pipeline, structures) Analyze plans, specs, and bid documents Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing Support bid strategy and risk analysis
Qualifications:
5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction Strong experience with water projects, including pipelines and concrete structures Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications Strong analytical and communication skills Heavy Civil Estimator (Water division) Dixon, CA $140,000
