Founded in 1922, we have grown to become one of the more well known Multi-Family builders in the Oakland area. We specialize in Multi-Family Housing, but also work in Hospitals, school, & other various projects in the area. As we continue to gain business for work now and in the future, we are in need of adding a Construction Estimator with an Architecture background & someone who has experience in Construction.

What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare Multi-Family Estimates
- Develop cost plans
- Help prepare preliminary project schedule
- Attend pre bid meetingsWhat You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of Construction Estimating Experience
- Multi-Family Construction Experience is a plus
- Architectural background is a mustWhat's In It for You
