This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to combine precise estimating skills with hands-on supervision of construction activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, utilizing advanced construction management software and industry best practices. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination between project teams, subcontractors, and clients, driving project success at every stage. Duties Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates using tools like ProCore, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam, incorporating detailed analysis of blueprints, schematics, and specifications. Develop project schedules with Primavera P6 or Primavera software to ensure timely completion of all phases. Oversee construction site activities, supervising crews and subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards aligned with OSHA regulations. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, controlling expenses, and implementing effective cost-saving strategies. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide construction processes and ensure adherence to design intent. Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring work meets contractual requirements and industry standards. Utilize construction management software for tracking progress, updating schedules, managing contracts, and documenting project milestones. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in estimating and on-site supervision. Proficiency in industry-standard software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools. Extensive knowledge of construction site safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and quality control procedures. Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, contract management, and managing multiple stakeholders effectively. Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams on heavy civil or commercial projects involving pipelines or infrastructure is preferred. Strong understanding of construction estimating processes combined with practical site experience to ensure realistic project planning. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage contracts and coordinate seamlessly among clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
