Job Description
Commercial Millwork Estimator Conquering Clutter Closets & Cabinetry is a custom cabinet shop that manufactures cabinetry in-house and works with commercial contractors on tenant improvements, schools, and commercial casework projects. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cabinetry Estimator who can manage projects from bid through completion in a small, hands-on team environment. This role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to work independently. The right candidate will be comfortable attending job walks, preparing competitive bids, coordinating with vendors, and managing awarded projects through production and installation. Responsibilities Review architectural plans, specifications, and addenda Perform takeoffs using PlanSwift Prepare labor, material, and hardware estimates Submit bids through BidBoard Pro and contractor portals Attend job walks and perform field measurements Negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers Coordinate awarded projects with production and installation Communicate directly with general contractors Enter and track job costs in QuickBooks Qualifications Experience estimating commercial cabinetry or millwork Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings Experience with PlanSwift Familiarity with BidBoard Pro or similar platforms Knowledge of public works or prevailing wage projects is a plus Strong organization and communication skills
