• 200,000, DOE Position Overview An established construction contractor is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong estimating experience and some background in project management who can contribute from preconstruction through project delivery. Key Responsibilities Estimating Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects Perform quantity takeoffs using digital takeoff and earthwork software Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Coordinate bid efforts with internal teams Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and vendor pricing Maintain consistency and accuracy in estimating practices and documentation Project Management Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control Track budgets, job costs, and change orders Assist with project execution from preconstruction through completion Coordinate with field teams and leadership to support successful project delivery Qualifications Proven estimating experience within civil construction Some project management experience Experience with the following systems or similar tools: HeavyBid HeavyJob Microsoft Project AGTEK Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
