- $45 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Fabrication Laminate materials usage Millwork Full Job Description As an Estimator, you will Develop and submit project bids while managing project specifications, architectural drawings, and blueprints; identifying the scope of work.
- Will ensure the products meet quality standards and the project manager's schedule for production and installation
- Review and analyze bid results to develop estimating methods and enhance competitiveness, guide the team of estimators and share best practices techniques and industry standards while analyzing historical data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to support accurate costing and projections.
- Knowledge of contract management and legal requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendors
