We work mainly on multi-family apartment projects throughout the Bay Area and Modesto. In this role, you will work with an existing customer base and help grow it by seeking out new customers. You will also be responsible for managing your jobs from start to finish, from the initial walk-through with the customer to the final job walk. Duties Strong knowledge of general construction Prepare accurate construction estimates, including labor, materials, overhead, and profit Manage projects from the initial site walk-through to the final job walk Work with an existing customer base and help grow new client relationships Read and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications Create and maintain professional, long-term relationships with clients Invoice completed jobs and follow up with customers regarding payment Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to negotiate prices, terms, and contracts aligned with project goals Maintain organized records of all estimates, contracts, change orders, and project documentation for transparency and future reference Experience with QuickBooks is preferred Compensation up to $60,000, DOE (Depending on Experience) Must have a valid California driver's license.
