$75k - $85k depending on experience About the Role At Pacific Landscape Supply, we are looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. We need a true "Swiss Army Knife"—someone who thrives on variety, loves solving problems, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day. In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our business running smoothly by supporting order entry, client quotes, vendor billing, and customer delivery communications. You'll work closely with customers, vendors, and trucking companies to ensure accurate orders and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Order Processing:

Learn landscape supply terminology, map client request terms to vendor product names, and route orders accurately to department heads for sign-off.

Project Quoting:

Analyze job site requirements to select the right delivery vehicle types (flatbeds, end dumps, transfers, etc.) and calculate accurate product and freight costs.

Accounts Payable Support:

Input vendor bills into QuickBooks (QB) to keep financial records up to date.

Logistics & Customer Communication:

Work directly with freight carriers and vendors to coordinate timelines and deliver proactive ETA updates to job site contacts. Qualifications & Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish): Highly preferred to best serve our diverse customer and vendor base.

Experience:

Background in customer service, logistics coordination, dispatching, or administrative support within building materials, landscaping, construction, or supply chain is a plus.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with QuickBooks (QB) or general ERP/accounting software; proficient in email and phone communications.

Problem Solver:
