Full-Time Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for fire sprinkler systems (new installation, tenant improvements, retrofits) Review plans, specs, and addenda to determine scope and material requirements Perform material and labor take-offs for pipe, fittings, heads, hangers, and related components Request and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotes Prepare proposals and bid packages for submission Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients during pre-bid and post-bid phases
Requirements:
Estimating experience in fire sprinklers or closely related fire protection/HVAC/plumbing trades Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems and NFPA standards (preferred) Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Computer proficient (estimating software, Microsoft Office, PDF mark-up, etc.) Strong math, communication, and organization skills

Full-Time Responsibilities:
Perform service, repairs, and small tenant improvement work on fire sprinkler systems Troubleshoot and repair leaks, heads, piping, and related components Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance as required Communicate clearly with customers, provide recommendations, and complete service reports Work safely and efficiently in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
Requirements:
Field experience as a fire sprinkler service tech or fitter Solid knowledge of wet, dry, and other common sprinkler system types Ability to read sprinkler drawings and understand system layouts Clean driving record and valid driver's license Strong customer service skills and professional appearance NICET certification or state licensing (if applicable) is a plus
