We are seeking an experienced Estimator - Construction for our office located in Orange, California. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Reviewing bid documents Generate RFI's prior to bid submission Attend pre-bid meetings and visit project sites Coordinate job walks and discuss projects with key trades for accurate pricing Work with construction team to identify trade specific scope of work Review and analyze subcontractor proposals Estimate take off quantities Prepare final bid package for submission Coordinate project kickoff internally with submittals, operations & accounting departments Review project status and cost on active projects Cultivate & maintain relationships with clients and sub-contractors Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
Understanding of construction and materials Proficient in Bluebeam preferred Experience in demolition and environmental industry preferred Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook required Must have a college degree We are an equal opportunity employer. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
