General Conditions to Contract, as it relates to potential cost implications Understands basics of WEO Master Subcontract Agreement "MSA", as it relates to potential cost implications Capable in managing and communicating the scope of work description for a Subcontract agreement, i.e. Work Order and the associated exhibits.
