The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the construction process by preparing accurate cost estimates for various projects. The Project Estimator will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description:

Busy full service general contractor looking to hire efficient, resourceful and knowledgeable person with construction estimating experience. At least 10+ years of experience as Construction Estimator.

Duties/Requirements:

• Reviews drawings and specifications.
• Executes material take-offs.
• Determines quantities of materials and labor.
• Obtains materials pricing.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Available to work flexible hours
• Must be able to travel to job sites
• Professional in appearance and speech
• 10+ Years of experience in construction estimating.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and self-starter.
