Based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, we specialize in high-quality commercial electrical contracting. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and drive our bidding process forward. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Electrical Estimator to join the Warrior Electric team. You will analyze electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate, competitive cost proposals for tenant improvements (TI) and new construction commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities Perform Takeoffs:

Complete detailed quantity takeoffs for electrical systems, conduit, wire, lighting, and switchgear.

Analyze Costs:

Evaluate labor productivity, material pricing, and vendor quotes to optimize project cost efficiency.

Review Specifications:

Interpret MEP, architectural, and structural blueprints to properly define project scope and identify risks.

Submit Proposals:

Prepare and compile comprehensive, competitive bid packages within rigid deadlines.

Collaborate Daily:

Partner with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and field leadership to ensure seamless project handoffs.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum 5 years of dedicated electrical estimating experience in commercial construction.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency with plan takeoff and electrical estimating software, including Bluebeam, McCormick, or Accubid.

Industry Knowledge:

Comprehensive understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local California building regulations, and basic trade mathematical calculations.

Document Literacy:

Exceptional ability to read, track, and interpret complex architectural blueprints and MEP engineering designs.

Work Authorization:
