Full-time Description:

We started in a 700-square-foot Claremont space in 2018. Today, we're 65+ professionals delivering 700+ weekly sessions across two clinics and school partnerships. Cancellations and no-shows are paid at your full rate.Compensation Base hourly rate:
$29 to $37/hour (based on pediatric experience) Weekly performance bonuses: earn starting at 75% productivity Annual bonus potential: up to $17,500/year at top tier Flexible schedule groups: Reduced (30 to 32 hrs), Modified (33 to 35 hrs), or Standard (36 to 40 hrs). Bonuses earnable at every group. Cancellations & no-shows: paid at your full hourly rate Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan 6 paid holidays + 80-120 hours PTO/year (grows with tenure) Student loan repayment assistance: $200/month after 2 years, $400/month after 4 years CEU reimbursement: $300-$1,000/year based on tenure Therapy supply reimbursement: up to $200/year Ongoing specialization training in feeding, AAC, and social skills Leadership development and clinical ladder advancement No weekends. What You'll Do Collaborate with licensed speech-language pathologists to implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients Assist in conducting therapy sessions using appropriate techniques and strategies Help children develop speech and language skills through engaging, play-based activities Support assessments and screenings, documenting client progress and observations Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about therapy progress and home strategies Work with our interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, COTAs) to ensure comprehensive care Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities About Whole Child Therapy Whole Child Therapy was founded by husband-and-wife occupational therapists Dennis and Ina Necesito with one promise: every family gets the same holistic, effective, caring therapy we'd want for our own children.
