Construction Estimator

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a skilled Construction Estimator for their San Fernando, California location. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident working in a detail-driven construction environment where accuracy, communication, and speed all matter. The right candidate will be responsible for producing reliable estimates, reviewing project scope, and helping support a smooth estimating process from start to finish. This role is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable working with technology, managing documentation, and contributing to a fast-moving team.

The Day-to-Day:

Prepare accurate cost estimates Review project details and assess the scope of work Support insurance-related estimating and documentation when applicable Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders throughout the estimating process Maintain organized and accurate records of estimates, reports, and related documents

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required Experience using Xactimate is required Experience with insurance claims adjusting is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

Pay Rate:

$35.00 to $45.00 per hour
