Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented, professional Inside Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the stone, tile, or construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to accurately estimate projects while providing great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate estimates and proposals for residential and commercial projects. Analyze architectural drawings, plans, specifications, measurements, and project details. Determine quantities and material requirements. Communicate with customers, contractors, designers, builders, and internal teams. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and estimate requests. Follow up on estimates and prospects to help close sales. Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, pricing, and customer interactions. Review project modifications and prepare updated estimates as needed. Maintain management with project costing, pricing, and profitability analysis. Build and maintain a professional relationship with customers and industry partners. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the estimating and sales process.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of estimating experience in stone, construction, or related fields. Experience with both residential and commercial projects. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, drawings, and specifications. Strong math and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in computer software and quick to learn estimating and project-management tools. Capable of managing multiple estimates and projects at once. Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members. Professional, dependable and customer-service focused.
