Bonuses earned quarterly. We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator specializing in Mitigation projects to join our team. In this role, you will lead the planning, estimating, and execution of mitigation projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, within scope, and on budget. Your expertise will drive successful project delivery by managing bids and collaborating with clients and subcontractors. This position offers an rewarding opportunity to contribute to impactful mitigation efforts while utilizing your construction management skills in a fast-paced environment. You will need to support current clients, develop new clients and pursue additional market share. This is an incentivized pay structure. Exceeding Quarterly goals results in structured shared earnings bonuses. Responsibilities Develop accurate and comprehensive construction estimates using industry-standard software such as Xactimate, Encircle, and Proven Management (PSA). Lead project inspection to establish scope, schedule, and resource requirements for mitigation projects. Prepare project schedules. Create project sketches, 360 scans, videos, estimates, contracts, change orders, invoices and manage warranty issues. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and regulations. Oversee mitigation site activities, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Utilize construction management software for tracking progress, managing budgets, and reporting project status regularly. This is an incentivized pay structure. Managing and maintaining sales volume, close rate, cost controls, volume and profitability are completely your responsibility. Ensure effective time management by prioritizing tasks and maintaining detailed documentation for all phases of the project. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating and project management within mitigation or related fields. Strong proficiency with industry software. Solid understanding of standards, IICRC, OSHA, and EPA compliance. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and vendors. A portion of the production staff are primarily Spanish speakers. Maintaining communications with these technicians and helpers is critical to project success. Mitigation/Restoration site experience is highly desirable; familiarity with construction scheduling is essential.
