This position will be responsible for estimating residential and commercial construction projects, developing new business, building strong client relationships, and helping guide projects from the initial estimate through the sale and handoff to production. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of construction, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to accurately evaluate project scope, materials, labor, and overall costs. Key Responsibilities Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand project needs, scope, budget, and expectations. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, businesses, contractors, designers, and other industry professionals. Generate and follow up on new sales leads and business opportunities. Review plans, drawings, specifications, and site conditions to determine project requirements. Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project costs. Prepare professional proposals and present estimates to prospective clients. Follow up with clients regarding proposals, answer questions, and assist in closing projects. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and project information. Conduct job-site visits and inspections as needed. Maintain accurate estimating, customer, and sales records. Work closely with project managers and field personnel to ensure a smooth transition from estimating and sales to project execution. Monitor material and labor costs and stay informed about construction pricing and industry trends. Identify opportunities for additional services and future projects with existing customers. Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, sales, project management, or a related field preferred. General knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods, materials, and building practices. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Strong understanding of construction costs, labor, materials, and subcontractor pricing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with project managers and field teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction estimating/project management software is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation Base Salary plus
Commission:
