None Required. The Opportunity You will bridge the gap between initial field discovery and production execution on award-winning landscape projects across Colorado. This role offers the opportunity to leverage advanced mapping, CAD tools, and AI workflows to drive accurate pricing and site strategy. You will work directly with designers, project managers, and field teams to ensure technical precision for high-end residential and outdoor living builds. How You Will Make an Impact Execute comprehensive site discovery by recording elevations, slopes, structures, utilities, and drainage patterns across complex terrain. Operate precision survey equipment to gather field measurements and synthesize photos and notes into detailed site records. Draft foundational base plans and organize survey and terrain data using AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, and ArcGIS. Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and build accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Negotiate pricing, scope, exclusions, and lead times with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive project terms. Optimize company operations by managing AI platforms, updating cost data, and maintaining project hygiene in systems like Monday.com and CompanyCam. Analyze post-project job costs against initial estimates to continuously refine pricing matrices and production rates. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven background in landscape construction estimating covering hardscape, planting, irrigation, lighting, and site work. Strong understanding of landscape grading, site drainage, elevations, and hydraulic movement across varied topography. Hands-on proficiency with survey equipment, AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and advanced spreadsheets. Demonstrated ability to manage strict project deadlines, maintain meticulous records, and communicate effectively. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience implementing or managing AI tools, workflow automation platforms, or CRM databases in a construction setting. Deep knowledge of native Colorado soils, mountain terrain challenges, and regional vendor networks. Previous background in field landscape installation, design-build collaboration, or project management.
