Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage projects, from sale to completion, while accurately predicting costs and forecasting labor. They will provide detailed proposals for clients and thorough project analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing, be open to learning, and have a positive attitude. Training specific to our unique market will be provided. Competitive salary and additional compensation opportunities. Responsibilities
- Customer-facing sales of roofing systems and sheet metal fabrication
- Estimating costs, including labor, materials and other job expenses
- Project analysis
- reviewing blueprints, specifications and site conditions
- Material sourcing
- obtaining quotes from suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and availability
- Communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and field labor
- Change order management
- Maintain bid logs and track project costs to improve future estimate accuracy and bid strategy Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or estimating
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, identify and prevent potential problems
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous

$85,000.00- $110,000.
