Job Summary :

We are looking for an Excavation Estimator / Estimating Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for estimating excavation and site work projects, preparing bids, and overseeing the estimating process. Duties Review plans, specifications, and project requirements Prepare accurate estimates and bids for excavation and sitework projects Track and organize bids and upcoming projects Work with project managers, contractors, and customers as needed Oversee and manage staff Help maintain an organized and efficient estimating process Review estimates to ensure pricing and project scope are accurate Qualifications Experience estimating excavation, dirt work, grading, utilities, or related sitework Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications Ability to accurately perform takeoffs and develop project pricing Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Previous experience supervising or managing others is preferred

Pay:

$35.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
