Estimating Function:
Oversee the full estimating process, ensuring accurate, competitive, and strategic bids aligned with project goals.
Drive Project Strategy:
Partner with executives and project teams to define bid approaches, pricing strategies, and value engineering opportunities.
Analyze & Optimize:
Leverage historical data, market trends, and vendor/subcontractor insights to develop data-driven estimates.
Manage Risk:
Identify cost risks and opportunities early, recommending mitigation strategies to improve project outcomes.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and develop junior estimators while maintaining high standards of accuracy and performance.
Oversee Bid Execution:
Ensure timely, compliant, and complete bid submissions. What You Bring 15+ years of experience in construction estimating Proven experience leading or supervising estimating teams Strong knowledge of construction methods, costs, and project delivery Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strong communication and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred) Why Join Us?

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bridgeport, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $170000.00/hr.
