By leveraging your analytical skills and proficiency in ERP software, you will drive the efficiency of our bidding process and directly contribute to our ability to secure new business opportunities. Responsibilities Analyze complex RFQs, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure all customer requirements are captured accurately. Streamline the quotation workflow by organizing data and preparing comprehensive proposal packages for internal review. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Sales departments to synthesize accurate cost and lead-time data. Maintain high standards of data integrity within ERP systems and spreadsheets to support informed decision-making. Proactively track the status of active quotes, ensuring all deadlines are met and revisions are handled with precision. Facilitate clear communication across teams to resolve discrepancies and expedite the approval process for final submissions. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel. Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with internal stakeholders. Preferred Skills Associate degree in a related field. Previous experience in a manufacturing, administrative, or technical quoting environment. Hands-on experience working with ERP software systems. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
